POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Process general data entry transactions for various transaction types including transfers, purchases/sells, and account maintenance within established productivity and quality standards.
  • Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
  • Escalate complex inquires as needed per documented procedures.
  • Complete required internal training and compliance classes timely
  • Required to work overtime and assist other departments during peak volumes to assist in meeting our clients service level agreements.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Essential computer skills include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type, utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word or Excel preferred.
 
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and type registrations and addresses. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
 
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
