Job Description

Financial Services Company based in South Bristol, looking to recruit keen, dynamic people to join us, we want to invest in people and develop their career in a fast paced, demanding environment.
This role is accountable for systematic, technical consultation, internal training and delivery of a wide range of initiatives within our Share Plans business. This could include new Share Plan business, new products, regulation changes and service improvements. The role is also crucial to ensuring successful roll out to clients and business.
Person Specification
Candidates must have very strong technology skills (Bachelors or equivalent), hands on experience in the development and maintenance of Java and Oracle systems, however also, crucially, experience in the delivery and implementation of equity based share plans. Applicants must also have the ability to create and maintain business relationships which will subsequently require informing of complex scenarios in a simple and concise manner.
Skills / Experience and Competencies:
  • Expert in Employee Share Plans and expert knowledge across multiple Plan types
  • Training in the deployment of system changes to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced  in dealing with senior management and executives across all areas of the business
  • Experienced in analysing complex requirements, risks and issues and can prioritise based on benefits
  • Ability to deliver to a high quality and have an attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and understanding of benefit realisation
  • Ability to adapt to change, work well under pressure and drive innovation
  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst background
    The success of the individual in the role will be measured against the following criteria:
  1. Client Net Promoter Survey results on the success and effectiveness of the Project Delivery department
  2. Timeliness of project delivery based on agreed delivery schedule
  3. Ensure all new business lands fit for purpose into Project Delivery Team
  4. Quality of project delivery based on acceptance criteria and stakeholder feedback
  5. Team and stakeholder feedback
  6. enable decisions for non-standard deliverables
  7. Build client trust in our capability to deliver.
  8. Develop best practise solution proposals
  9. Risks managed within risk framework
  10. Use external knowledge & learning to drive continuous improvement.
