Job Summary:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of the organization's workstations, peripherals, printers, local site servers and network equipment while working with the Server and Network teams.

Designs creative computer solutions, works with business units and vendors during implementations, implements policies and standards and ensures adherence to security procedures. Trains users on operations and procedures by performing the following duties.

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Install/relocate/repair desktop hardware and software.
  • Coordinate new equipment and software installations, updates, and rollouts.
  • Set up workstation configurations and troubleshoot applications and peripherals.
  • Respond and update Service\\Support tickets as assigned.
  • Create and maintain documentation as required.
  • Inventories and organizes equipment and parts.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Skills:

Required:

  • Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office Professional and other Microsoft Office Automation applications, e-mail, and Internet software knowledge

Preferred:

  • General Networking, TCP/IP and Routing along with Network security best practices are required
  • 1 years of Legal/Financial Services Industry experience
  • 1 years of working in a large company environment
  • General working Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Conceptual knowledge of networking

Education:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience:

Preferred:

  • Should have baseline skills in Problem Diagnosis & Solution and Technical Process Expertise

Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations:

Required: A , NET


Travel Required:

It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.

Language Ability:

Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Mathematical Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
