We're looking for a Settlement Officer to join the team
The Intermediary Services Team provides settlement services to both registry clients and individuals participating in employee share schemes for the trade executed by the Dealing Team. We also offer services for institutional and retail investors the certainty to rapidly reposition securities between markets.
In this full-time role as a Settlement Officer, your core responsibilities:
  • Responsible for cross - border removals
  • Handle securities settlement and reconciliations
  • Liaise with market participants, investors and overseas registrars on settlement instructions
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
We want to hear from you if you are:
  • DSE or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Familiar with CCASS operations and MS Office applications
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime and work under pressure
  • Knowledge in CMU/Euroclear settlement is an advantage
