About the role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Brisbane team.  You will be responsible for managing and further developing a varied client portfolio, fostering client relationships, managing client satisfaction, meeting budgetary commitments and other key metrics. This includes leading the support team to deliver service excellence through their daily client facing activities. 


Success in the role will be achieved through a full understanding of the clients’ business needs, managing all service delivery requirements and meeting client commitments and milestones. 


Key responsibilities include:
  • Assuming overall responsibility for the account portfolio
  • Achieving account retention and revenue growth targets
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions
  • Developing and managing effective relationships with clients
  • Providing strategic account planning and execution
  • Representing Computershare at events, conferences and client forums
  • Coaching, guiding and supporting team members
  • Conducting fee reviews and contract negotiations
  • Contributing to budget and forecasting processes
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a client service and sales focused environment
  • Track record achieving budgeted goals and key metrics
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and well developed commercial acumen
  • Proactive and a can-do attitude

Desired experience:
  • Understanding or experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
