We’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the team
Computershare Plan Managers (HK/China) is the largest provider of Employee Share Plan management services in Hong Kong and China and currently counts amongst 165 of the most influential publicly listed Clients companies as clients where we manage all aspects of their Employee Share Plan. 
We are now looking for a high caliber to join our Implementation team. The team is responsible for the implementation of employee share plans for HK, US, SGP-listed and pre-IPO companies; the implementation of new processes and tools; and provide ongoing support to internal client service, operation teams and external clients.

Your core responsibilities:
  • Analyse and manage clients’ employee share plan data; Manage clients’ expectation and set realistic timeframes to deliver consistent, timely and exceptional services to clients
  • Conduct effective communications with clients and related parties, e.g. DR banks, brokers via conference calls/meetings
  • Co-operate with colleagues around the globe on system management and enhancement
  • Manage internal projects / UATs with high level of independence
  • Respond to written emails and telephone enquiries from clients and internal teams
  • Able to allocate work and perform audits on the deliverables for juniors
  • Facilitate the training session delivery to juniors
  • Assist team leader as required
We want to hear from you if you:
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination and client facing is preferred
  • Strong client orientation and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Attention to details, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience in team management is preferred
  • Being a Type 1 Licenser of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commissions will be highly regarded. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking for the next step in your career with international exposure.
