Looking for a career in a share plan management environment? As a  Senior Client Manager, you will be offering the full spectrum of employee plan and administration services, whilst providing a trusted, efficient and effective service to support our clients’ requirements.
 
What’s involved in the role?
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client and business relationships. You will be working as part of a bigger team liaising with a wide range of high profile, high value clients.  
The role will include but not exhaust: 
  • Responsibility for maintaining and developing already existing client relationships
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Assisting the business in meeting sales and revenue goals
  • Managing pricing, billing, contracts, profit and loss standards and costs
  • Managing and limiting risk
  • Being an informal leader
