About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit Asia Pacific, this 12-month fixed term contract will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on operational and financial audits across our diverse business within the Asia Pacific region.  The Senior Auditor will complete audit projects focusing on business processes with a view to improving controls, increasing efficiency and decreasing risk. 
As this role is a critical part of our business operations, we are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels, provide superior service and adhere to our regulatory and audit processes.
Key responsibilities:
  • Risk-based audit planning
  • High quality, well controlled, independent and objective audit execution
  • Audit program management to ensure timely delivery of audit plans
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Computershare global policies, procedures and processes
  • Be a supporter of change including identifying enhancement opportunities and challenging the status quo 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Significant experience in the planning and execution of operational, risk-based and compliance audit engagements
  • Knowledge and proficiency in risk management principles and processes
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) with strong relationship building skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification plus professional certification such as CIA or CPA
Desired experience:
  • Financial services industry audit experience
