About the role:              

Reporting to the Senior Account Director you will promote our services including outbound print and mail production, digital communications, inbound process automation and other digital solutions.  

Working in a cross-functional team, this is a key sales role contributing to retention, growth and client satisfaction for your portfolio of clients.  You will work closely with Account Directors to identify, develop and convert from the opportunity phase to close within each client organisation. Equally important is your ability to build relationships based on your consultative and valued business partnering approach.

Networking, presenting and driving client engagement are pivotal responsibilities and you will thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve portfolio and revenue growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plan to drive new business opportunities through regular communication with key stakeholders
  • Build an opportunity pipeline across your account portfolio
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Develop client specific Service Level Agreements
  • Monitor and maintain all aspects of specific client service agreements
  • Oversee the management of project and client milestones
  • Conduct regular formal strategic account reviews
  • Manage revenue budgets and forecasting
  • Achieve client satisfaction levels

Desired qualifications and experience:
  • Proven experience working within a highly regulated market sector
  • An understanding of the business process outsourcing and multi-channel communication industry, specifically digitalisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or related area
