About the role:
The Client Relations team within Computershare Investor Services serves as the main contact point for the company's clients. Our Relationship Managers are responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Perth team following an internal promotion. This is a role for someone looking to advance into Client Relationship Management. After an induction period with support and training provided, you will be required to work autonomously including responsibility for solely managing several clients, whilst working as part of a greater team.

Key responsibilities:
This role requires strong client service, administrative and organisational skills. You will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to respond to client tasks and requests for information. Working as part of a team responsible for a portfolio of clients, you will provide timely and accurate responses to telephone and email enquiries, prepare quotations and invoices and update Company systems and databases.

Driven by a focus on results, successful applicants will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a client service setting
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and “can-do” attitude

Desired experience:

  • Understanding or experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Advanced Excel capability
