A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Under general supervision, review general data entry transactions processed by other individuals to confirm that the instructions were interpreted correctly and inputted accurately.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Review general data entry transactions processed by other individuals to confirm that the instructions were interpreted correctly and inputted accurately within established productivity and quality standards.  Documentation of any errors found and the data entry of the correction where required.  May be asked to work on additional projects as needed.

  • Process general data entry transactions for various transaction types including transfers, purchases/sells, and account maintenance within established productivity and quality standards.

  • Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.

  • Escalate complex inquires as needed per documented procedures.

  • Complete required internal training and compliance classes timely

  • Required to work overtime and assist on other functions or departments during peak volumes to assist in meeting our clients service level agreements.

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word or Excel preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong reading comprehension.

  • Previous Quality experience preferred

  • Previous Transaction Processing experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability

Ability to read, interpret documents, and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write correspondence and type registrations and addresses.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Ability

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
