Job Description

Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) is the division within Computershare responsible for the end to end process that provides daily delivery of administrative and client services to the Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders. CPM is the largest provider of Employee Share Plan management services in Australia, managing the share plans for over 100 clients covering over 300,000 underlying participants.

Based in our Yarra Falls office, and reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, Project Management, the Project Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the successful end to end project coordination, business implementation and transitional activities associated with a number of client facing projects and internal initiatives. This role will be delivering small to medium sized recurring cyclical programs, client initiatives and internal projects to the wider CPM operational and Client Development teams.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Deliver internal and external employee share plan related schemes, including offers and vesting’s, within agreed timeframes 
  • Contribute to the planning and closing stages of a work stream associated with a larger project
  • Handle all tasks during the execution stage of a work stream
  • Assist with the development and review of effective processes and methodologies; including process improvement and  reviewing best practice
  • Various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to);  task lists, project plans, issue and risk registers, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and status reports
  • Maintain effective lines of communication, expectations and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and complete implementation of each initiative
  • Timely follow up on escalated stakeholder queries
  • Compose and maintain a high standard of project governance throughout the lifecycle of all projects

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Project and Visio skills

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of employee share plans or experience in financial services
  • An understanding of PMBOK or similar Project Management methodology
