About the role:

We have a fantastic career development opportunity to join our Investor Services team in Adelaide, providing specialist support and project management to clients’ corporate activities such as capital raisings, corporate restructures, takeovers and company meetings including Annual General Meetings.

You will be responsible for overall project coordination and liaison with external stakeholders. This will include organising the logistical and administrative aspects of projects, any communication requirements and attending corporate meetings. 

To be successful you will have a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, you’ll also be keen to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients to plan and deliver requirements within agreed deadlines
  • Planning, coordinating and executing all projects
  • Attending corporate meetings
  • Ensuring quality assurance of shareholder communications
  • Accurately maintaining all administrative aspects of projects
  • To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Demonstrated client service or administration experience, ideally in the financial sector
  • Proven success with project-based roles
  • Ability to work autonomously to tight time-frames
  • A flexible and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and ability to develop effective relationships
  • A collaborative and team focused approach
  • Willingness to learn quickly

Desired experience & qualifications:
  • Share registry or corporate actions experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
