12 Month Contract Role

We have an opportunity for you to join the Corporate Activity team as a Project Administrator supporting Payment Services and Corporate Actions.

This is a great entry level role and stepping stone to develop and grow your career within Financial Services. Whilst working for an ASX top 50 Global organisation.  

The successful applicant will need to have strong customer service skills, attention to detail and be solutions focused, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to plan and deliver project requirements within agreed deadlines
  • Using internal systems to record information, manage key milestones and update internal stakeholders
  • Manage the dispatch of documentation to shareholders and or clients
  • Liaising with Financial Institutions
  • Client reporting
  • Compliance with internal procedures and policies as well as corporate legislation
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Candidates who come from a financial background, highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and think outside the box to achieve the best outcomes for the business and client
  • Administration experience
  • Willingness to learn quickly and be adaptable to a changing environment
