Job Description

We have an opportunity for someone to join the Corporate Activity team as a Project Administrator supporting Payment Services and Corporate Actions.

This is a great entry role and opportunity to further your career within Financial Services and working for an ASX top 50 Global organisation.  

The successful applicant will need to have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, be solutions focused, and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to plan and deliver project requirements within agreed deadlines
  • Using internal systems to record information, manage key milestones and update internal stakeholders
  • Manage the dispatch of documentation to shareholders and or clients
  • Liaising with Financial Institutions
  • Client reporting
  • Compliance with internal procedures and policies as well as corporate legislation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exposure and understanding of different Corporate Action types and or Share registry
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and think outside the box to achieve the best outcomes for the business and client
  • Administration experience
  • Willingness to learn quickly and be adaptable to a changing environment
