We are looking for a high calibre to join our Legal Department, report directly to the General Counsel and Head of Compliance.
Core responsibilities of the Paralegal:
  • Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements with minimal supervision
  • Provide legal advice for all daily operations and new business initiatives
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
  • Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external parties to conclude commercial transactions
  • Seek advices from external counsels as appropriate
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and legal tasks assigned from time to time
We want to hear from you if you are
  • University degree and/or professional qualification in law
  • At least 5 years working experience in contract review and drafting required
  • Experience in working in Financial Institutions or banking is a must
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Analytical with commercial sense and result-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
