This role is accountable for consultation and delivery of a wide range of initiatives within our Share Plans business. This could include new Share Plan business, new products, regulation changes and service improvements. The role is also crucial to ensuring successful roll out to clients and business.

Person Specification

Candidates should have the ability to create and maintain relationships which will subsequently require informing of complex scenarios in a simple and concise manner. The ability to influence stakeholders in an open yet controlled manner, as well as being a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team member.     

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Review, input and provide expert knowledge into RFP/RFI/proposal before delivering to clients or internal stakeholders
  2. Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally
  3. Solve a wide variety of complex customer requirements providing exceptional levels of customer service.
  4. Provide expert advice in field of specialism to internal and external stakeholders on a range of topics
  5. Lead a range of projects, providing subject matter expertise, secure  resources with Project and SME functions detailing full requirements for implementation
  6. Influence and collaborate with internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver on objectives
  7. Escalate risks and decisions to  internal senior stakeholders  as required
  8. Build proactive and positive relationships with clients/stakeholders throughout project
  9. Compile and deliver business solutions proposals, financial analysis, costings and identifying trends
  10. Identify  resource requirements, securing upfront for new plans and services to aid business readiness
  11. Implement  new products and services including regulatory changes
  12. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive efficiencies.  Anticipate risk and make proposals to mitigate.
  13. Build and maintain networks internally and externally to gain insight in area of specialism and to keep up to date on industry trends

Measures:

The success of the individual in the role will be measured against the following criteria:

1.     Client Net Promoter Survey results on the success and effectiveness of the Project Delivery department

2.     Timeliness of project delivery based on agreed delivery schedule

3.     Ensure all new business lands fit for purpose into Project Delivery Team

4.     Quality of project delivery based on acceptance criteria and stakeholder feedback

5.     Ensure projects are followed to the agreed scope, quality, timeline and budget to the satisfaction of the all stakeholders. Project Documentation created, approved and signed-off by all relevant stakeholders for all projects

6.     Team and stakeholder feedback

7.     enable decisions for non-standard deliverables

8.     Build client trust in our capability to deliver.

9.     Develop best practise solution proposals

Skills / Experience and Competencies:

•         Strong experience of managing, leading and delivering projects

•         Expert in Employee Share Plans and expert knowledge across multiple Plan types

•         Able to articulate information clearly and concisely via meetings, workshops and presentations

•         Experienced  in dealing with senior management and executives across all areas of the business

•         Ability to  tailor communications to suit different levels and types of audience

•         Experienced in managing and leading  a large network of senior stakeholders both internally & externally

•         Experienced in analysing complex requirements, risks and issues and can prioritise based on benefits

•         Ability to deliver to a high quality and have an attention to detail

•         Commercially aware and understanding of benefit realisation

•         Ability to adapt to change, work well under pressure and drive innovation

•         Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to produce high quality written documentation, including reports and presentations slides

•         Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst background
