Job Description

Reporting to the Solutions Manager, the Junior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for learning and utilizing Computershare Communication Services (CCS) products, setting up new clients, working with internal and external individuals and groups to understand business and technical requirements.
They will also leverage problem solving strategies to solve customer issues, and develop and prioritize recommendations for product and process improvements.
Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your keen attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills to manage, configure, and assist customers to Go Live with CCS solutions.
  2. Multi-task as you manage several different customer requirements.
  3. Follow a proven process and use process checklists to ensure that the software set up for clients has been completed and tested prior to Go Live.
  4. Diligently handle internal and external product support requests and issues relating to implementations.
  5. Provide necessary training to Clients for using CCS prior to or post product implementation.
  6. As a member of the Solutions team maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Development, and Operations teams.
  7. Assist department manager with the ongoing development and improvement of Client Implementation business processes as required.
  8. Work closely with Global teams to stay up to date on product features, technical specifications, changes and issues. As well as train and cascade this information to the other CCS departments.
  9. Consolidate and maintain technical documentation, integration guides and all other relevant product documentation.
  10. Be a team player and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by collaborating with and aiding your team members.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar position
  2. A University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  3. Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience.
  4. Quick learner with affinity towards new technology to become an expert in our software and solutions.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose crux of the issues and develop recommendations.
  6. Demonstrate skills and expertise in motivating self and others.   
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate business/technical and other findings across organizational levels.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
  9. A driven go-getter who is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
  10. Ability to work with HTML 5, Cascading style sheets, etc.
  11. Must be meticulous with a conscientious work ethic.
  12. UX Design experience a plus
