Your core responsibilities:
  • Handle call inquiries with patience, calmness and politeness
  • Provide helpful advice and great services to the shareholders of our clients
  • Answer all call inquiries from shareholders / investors / employee plan participants / market intermediaries with regards to clients’ corporate actions, shares plans
  • Pro-actively communicate with superior on any issue or callers’ comments / feedback
We want to hear from you if you are
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Call Centre, preferably with knowledge in securities services
  • Basic knowledge of HK stock markets
  • Pleasant, patient, able to work independently and trustworthy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicant should possess customer-service experience, flexibility and the ability to resolve problems
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Working location: Kowloon Bay
