We are the UK's largest dedicated childcare voucher provider and have vast experience in successfully implementing, managing and administering schemes to a diverse customer base. Each month over 100,000 working parents are requesting childcare vouchers through more than 12,000 organisations.
 
Main Purpose of the Role  
  • Drive and achieve individual sales revenue targets
  • Develop and maximise business opportunities, coupled with developing highly effective key relationships.
  • Build effective internal working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver service excellence to our clients
 
 Person Specification
 
  • Proven track record of delivering against challenging targets in a high volume business to business environment
  • Sales and relationship management experience is essential
  • Demonstrate excellent levels of commercial awareness, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to director level.
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
  • Drive the delivery of sales revenue targets.
  • Develop, implement and monitor robust business plans for key clients in line with CVS business strategy.
  • Utilise MI and profitability model to make reasoned decisions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the benefits market.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered by liaising with operational teams.
  • To be aware of and adhere to all CVS employee policies. 
 
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
  • Proven track record of delivering against challenging targets in a high volume business to business environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • High energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Accomplished and highly effective relationship builder
  • Creative and proactive approach to business development and relationship management
  • Comfortable with using commonly occurring software packages (outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint) etc.
 
 Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies
  • To be active in the employee benefits industry and have an understanding of the value of these benefits not only to the employee but also the employer.
  • Knowledge of HMRC guidelines around National Insurance and Income Tax.
