Computershare Plan Managers is the largest provider of Employee Share Plan management services in Australia, managing the share plans for over 100 clients covering over 300,000 underlying participants.


About the role:

We have an exciting 6 Month opportunity for an Implementation Support Associate to join our close-knit Implementation Support Team.

The Implementation Support team provide support to a range of teams within the Computershare’s Plan Managers Department including the set-up of the department’s daily use programs and systems and data management


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and timely follow ups to stakeholder queries
  • Delivering internal and external projects within agreed upon time frames in line with relevant controls and processes
  • Preparing and delivering all required reports in line with quality standards
  • Supporting the team in developing and using relevant tools and documentation
  • Proactively identifying and delivering improvement ideas that contribute to continuous improvement of Computershare

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Exposure to MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across a range of different levels
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • The ability to be flexible, resourceful and to ‘think outside of the box’
