We currently have an opportunity for a Handline Fulfilment Operator to join our Operations team in Ermington. 

The key purpose of this role is to complete designated job tasks in the hand line department or in the mail room to achieve on time delivery of clients’ jobs within strictly measured quality and productivity specifications.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing mail packs Ensure the efficient and timely production of mail packs as scheduled
  • Reconciling jobs - All mail packs are to be produced as specified by instructions and reconciled via each job bag
  • Picking stock from pick-face and placing into fulfillment pods
  • Folding stock and placing into fulfillment area
  • Consistent and high-quality work
  • Recognise and escalate any potential issues to the Team Leader
  • Ensure all mail procedures are conducted in a safe and healthy manner to ensure a safe accident free work environment
  • Keep a tidy and clean working environment

To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Intermediate Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A desire to produce quality work in a productivity measured workplace
  • Ability to operate equipment in the handline department
  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators

This is a permanent full-time opportunity.  You will be required to commit to the hours of 7am to 3pm Monday through to Friday.

Experience working within the mailing industry and/or in a fulfillment role will be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
