Job Summary
Responsible for the research and processing of Escrow functions to include escrow administration, taxes, MI insurance, and/or hazard insurance.

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Research and Review- Conduct loan-level research
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with vendors, MI carriers and investors
  • Coordinate with the Cashiering and Finance departments for outgoing tax payments, incoming/outgoing wires, and returned/refunded tax payments and with the MI Claims departments for any MI refund/return issues
  • Create and/or maintain escrow processing department written procedures
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

  • Preferred intermediate personal computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office/Windows based applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Preferred: Some college
  • Preferred: Mortgage servicing experience
Language Ability
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Mathematical Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
