Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure support for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.

About the role:

As part of our Global Development leadership team, we are seeking a Team Leader to head a small team of Developers building Computershare’s new authorisation platform for use across multiple applications.

Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering, Global Development, you will be responsible for application development ownership and team management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Prioritise and schedule team member’s activities
  • Ensure quality deliverables are achieved within budget and timeframes
  • Assist with the resolution of technical problems
  • Liaise and coordinate activities with other internal development teams
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, direction and technical guidance to the team

To ensure your success in this role you will bring:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Developer / Team Leader within a large project delivery environment
  • Significant experience in enterprise application development across the SDLC
  • Knowledge of cloud-based delivery
  • Exposure to DevOps practices
  • Excellent people management skills
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Desired experience:

  • Development experience of web and identify platforms
  • Understanding of website security standards
  • Exposure to Agile practices
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or related
