Computershare Communication Services provides full-service document composition, EDGAR filing and financial printing services to both corporate issuer and investment management clients in the North American markets.
Assist with daily financial print and design production requirements, requires the skills to create PDF documents from MS Word and ability to edit PDF documents.
Liaison with internal and external clients and vendors managing financial print and SEC filing projects. Manages all aspects of the financial print project from design, print and billing processes using internal and external resources.  Great opportunity to expand your document composition and design skills in the financial printing and proxy market.
Cultivates internal and external sales and implements communication solutions. Possesses highly specialized knowledge of products, services, processes and risks. Manages all aspects of the job from start to finish.
Fosters internal relationships to facilitate leads, identifying targets and opportunities for existing and new client prospects.
Functional Job skill:
  • Assist with daily financial print and design production requirements utilizing basic desktop software (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Pitstop, MS Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEC EDGAR filings helpful
  • Willingness to work under tight deadlines and expand knowledge of the financial printing process
Generates net new revenue by :
  • Identifying opportunities to expand business lines and cost-savings initiatives.
  • Anticipating service enhancements and areas for improvement within the CCS service offerings
Managing client expectation through excellent customer service
  • Coordinates job processes producing high quality, timely output, while mitigating risk.
  • Works with outside vendors and internal facilities to manage all aspects of job using best practice.
  • Create appropriate pricing / job estimate proposals that achieve revenue and profit per account.
  • Coordinates analysis of the ISO audit process to achieve zero defects.
  • Responsible for acting as a resource to contribute to the business development and revenue goals of the CCS team.
  • Participates in special projects as determined by management.
