Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator acts as one of Computershare’s frontline brand ambassadors and is responsible for servicing or supporting requests received through a variety of service channels from either Computershare’s corporate clients or their individual accountholders (our customers).

Respond to a wide variety of customer enquiries providing exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring a high level of accuracy and adhering to SLA’s

Maintain customer accounts following set processes and guidelines

Process customer transactions adhering regulatory requirements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy

Collaborate with colleagues in order to resolve complex problems

Validate and check outputs to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Working within data protection guidelines to ensure customer data is protected from errors and unauthorised access.

Delivery a wide variety of administrative tasks to provide an excellent service to a range of internal and external customers

Identify process improvement and recommend solutions

Prior customer service or relevant experience is required and the following profile and skill elements are also required:

Effective interpersonal skills

Evidence of working within defined regulations and procedures

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Evidence of complex query solving skills, still knowing when to escalate

Strong planning and organising skills

Attention to detail

Flexibility, adaptability to manage under pressure and cope with change
