Join our team of Customer Account Management Associates

We have a number of exciting opportunities available to join our Mortgage Servicing Team as a Customer Account Management Associate at our Crossflatts site on a permanent basis.

Working with internal and external stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Mortgage Advisors, Customer Relations, Underwriting, Customer Assistance, Solicitors, Management Companies and DWP. This team are required to effectively and efficiently handle the delivery of administrative processes within Customer Operations, whilst ensuring service level agreements and quality performance standards are met.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll be required to effectively process admin activities such as updating customer details, sending redemption statements and closing mortgage accounts.

Being quality driven and detail oriented is imperative as in this role you will effectively manage your own workload in a professional manner delivering quality customer service, to ensure all work is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Handling queries within set service levels is of the upmost importance and therefore you are required to hold excellent communication & written skills when dealing with customer queries and the processing of information to internal teams and other sources.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with proven administrative skills who excels working within a customer focused and process driven environment.

It would be of benefit for the role if you held a strong understanding and knowledge of the operational areas and the way they work alongside their processes & procedures.

Other skills and experience required for the role include:

Start date: We are looking for you to be able to start with us on our planned training induction date confirmed on: 24 September 2018

Salary: from £15,000 annual discretionary performance related bonus
