Job Summary:
Responsible for  identifying issues regarding maintenance, repairs, utilities, registration and upkeep of managed properties including reviews of weekly and monthly property inspections.  Coordinator works with agent and vendors assuring on time completion of tasks.  
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Oversee and handle aspects of property maintenance including review of weekly and monthly property inspection reports and taking action to address noted issue; handle Utilities, property maintenance and invoicing; and repair services from bids through completion.
  • Provide client account support including BPO and document order/review, invoice review, HOA, registration and claims.
  • Order, Maintain and update tasks through workflow management and ensure timely completion by assigned vendor 
  • Assist with ad-hoc requirements such as document sourcing for audits; updating system data; ordering and verifying updated winterizations, Handles incoming mail and monitor SAM escalation email box and other projects as needed.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

  • Proficient knowledge and skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • General real estate knowledge
Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1-3 years of fulltime work experience
  • 1-3 years of mortgage servicing, asset management, title or real estate or administrative experience preferred
Language Ability:
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Mathematical Ability:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
