We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Client Support Team!

If you want to be part of a growing organisation in a small and fun team environment, working on a range of tasks and client projects, then you need to read on!

What’s involved in the role?

The role is for someone to support our Client Managers in delivering excellent customer service to our client companies and their shareholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and providing client reports
  • Managing the processing of options, allotments and buy backs
  • Collating proxy information and provision of proxy voting reports to Client Managers
  • Preparing and providing management information reports
  • Supporting AGM planning, preparation and attendance
  • Preparing and delivering annual returns
  • Dealing with client correspondence
  • Daily telephone and email contact with internal and external contacts
  • Working closely with Client Managers on projects
  • Providing general support for the relationship team

In addition to this, we are looking for someone who has the potential to progress into a Client Management role within the next two years.  Appropriate training and coaching will be provided throughout your time as an Administrator here at Computershare – this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and move into an Assistant Client Manager role in the near future!

Who are we looking for?

  • You have strong Excel and Outlook experience
  • You’re focused and have good organisational skills
  • You’re detail-driven and good with numbers – you’re a stickler for accuracy, happy analysing data and good at producing reports
  • You’re great with people – you’re an approachable team player who can also work independently
  • Previous experience of working in Securities Services or Financial Services would be useful but is not essential
