The Role:

This is an exciting 6 Month opportunity to join our dynamic Client Service Team! The team are responsible for the planning, coordination and daily job management of all client-requested communication services!

The successful candidate will be a key contact for a portfolio of clients. They will also be given the opportunity to build fantastic relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements to create an accurate and detailed job brief
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver timely, high quality solutions to our clients
  • Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from initiation stage to completion whilst meeting all deadlines set throughout the process
  • Answering inbound site queries and phone calls, and undertaking administrative tasks as required

Previous experience in a customer service or client facing role will be highly regarded.
