Summary:

This position is responsible for processing job activity and building strong client relationships through solid knowledge of CCS products and procedures. To promote CCS products and services for targeted accounts in order to maximize sales revenues.

Major Responsibilities:

 • Preparation of mailing affidavits and preparing sample packs for production

 • Document preparation for printing

 • QA proofing of design documents

 • General administrative duties and other duties as assigned

 • Hours of work: 9:30am to 6:00pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm

 • Overtime may be required through peak periods.

Skills and Experience:

 • Bilingual in French preferred

 • Strong language and written skills

 • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

 • Proficient in Word/Excel

 • Able to work in team environment and independently

 • Self motivated and professional demeanor

 • Strong attention to detail

 •Completion of post secondary education of either a college diploma or university degree is preferred
