Business Reporting Analyst
We are now looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Business Reporting Analyst to our Strategic Developments and Projects Team in order to continue leading Asia in Employee Share Plan services.
The successful candidate will be implementing and developing Computershare’s superior client service offering for some of Asia’s biggest companies in a global capacity with a focus on client reporting. The role with provide you with outstanding opportunity to liaise with different business and technology teams within the organisation, and understand complex environments and interfaces so you can expand your professional network, skills, knowledge and experience that is necessary for your progression in your career path.
Your core responsibilities
  • Perform analysis on business & data requirements from clients and design applicable reporting solutions
  • Plan, document and manage the delivery of the technology changes required to ensure gaps between functionality requirements and technical capability are filled in time to meet clients’ needs
  • Act as the key liaison between the business and the technology teams to ensure that delivery schedules agreed with clients are met
  • Develop reports using the reporting tools
  • Implementation and rollout of reporting solutions
  • Develop and execute test plans required  to make sure the technical delivery matches expectation and fits the client’s need
  • Support User Acceptance Testing performed by other teams
We want to hear from you if you meet the following requirements
  • University graduate, with degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar area
  • At least 3 years in a business/reporting analyst or similar role
  • Experience in reporting solutions delivery or proven record in delivering migration projects
  • Proven effective analytical skill and highly developed problem solving skill
  • Clear communicator, confident in talking to people
  • Able to work under pressure and set, work and deliver to tight deadlines/milestones
  • High degree of self-direction, initiative, motivation and independence
  • Keen attention to detail and open to new ideas
  • Outgoing and energetic personality capable of working individually or as part of a team
  • Able to translate user requirement into technical solution and communicate with technology team
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Experience in Reporting technology such as QlikView, Business Objects
  • Appreciation, or basic understanding, of Agile development methodology is a plus
