We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bid Writer/Coordinator to join our energetic and close-knit Marketing & Sales Support team.

The successful candidate will work autonomously across a number of bids and proposals at a time, managing and co-ordinating various business stakeholders in an organisation that has pioneered many of the innovative new ideas in their industry.
This role suits an energetic, highly organised candidate who has a keen eye for the detail, possesses exceptional writing and communication skills and can demonstrate success working in a deadline driven environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing proposal outlines and structures
  • Writing concise, conforming content with creativity and commerciality
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that they are informed in a timely manner about required tasks or changes
  • Copyediting and proofreading proposals and related material
  • Document formatting, layout, presentation and production
  • Maintaining the team's intranet pages and bid resources and assets

You will bring to the role:

  • Experience collaborating closely with sales leaders and/or Subject Matter Experts in an organisation to deliver high quality, winning submissions, presentations and associated collateral
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office such as Word and PowerPoint

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a similar role in financial services, professional services, technology or business process outsourcing organisations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business related degree
  • Understanding of sales and marketing practices
  • Graphic design and large document formatting
  • Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
