Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) business offers full range of services to support companies with their employee equity share plans.  Clients are based throughout the EMEA region as well as North America.  
This role reports into the Head of Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) EMEA, and is located in central London.
Role Description
As an Assistant to the Head of the CPM EMEA Business with a variety of tasks, including the following:
  • Assist in the collection of data for standard monthly management reports
  • Support preparation of business presentations for internal meetings and external meetings
  • Help book and coordinate meetings;
  • Analyse data through Excel
  • Centralise common tasks/processes/flows/events of Client Managers in databases;
  • Book travel, and prepare travel expense reporting;
  • Other administrative tasks 
Requirements
  • Excellent level of English
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Proficient with Power
  • Experience in travel booking and expense reporting
