Administrator Service Delivery
Our Operations team is looking for a Print and Dispatch Administrator.  The individual will be part of a team responsible for issuance of various security instruments who strive to deliver the highest level of service to clients and their shareholders through the accurate release of securities in accordance with guidelines and service standards.
 Major Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Ensure that all print jobs are completed accurately and in line with specific service standards and/or client expectations.
  • Ability to read and understand material such as instructions, procedure manuals and correspondence.
  • Must be detail-oriented, thorough and consistently accurate and understand the implications of errors on the business.
  • Work on various systems updating text and dispatch information.
  • Ensure that all securities inventory is properly controlled, utilized and kept secure at all times. 
  • Communicate verbally and in writing accurately and timely on a regular basis.
  • Perform routine/ technical tasks, or procedures requiring the use of specialized software and printing equipment.
  • Perform monthly asset control and audits for various departments on their certificate inventory.
  • Maintains confidentiality of any sensitive information as part of the job function.
  • Must be proactive and someone who takes initiative
  • Ability to multi-task to meet various deadlines daily.
  • Available to work overtime as required. 
Education, Skills and Experience:
  •  Post-secondary education preferred
  •  1 year experience in securities, banking,  finance or related processing experience preferred
  •  Knowledge of securities transfers an asset.
  •  Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  •  Intermediate MS Office skills
