Job Summary:

This position is responsible for being the primary business contact for existing customers within the financial industry and for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Account Manager is expected to develop and maintain strong, 'partnership level' relationships with the customer.


Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates, within a pro-active sales and marketing role, the production of print, mail, electronic communication for our Commercial line of business.
  • Manages tasks associated with assigned opportunities including interaction with various teams across the organization including Operations, Programming, Design and Technology.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships; build relationships with key decision makers; provide quality customer service to clients with reliable information and solution.
  • Provide regular communication between customer and internal departments; communicate customer goals and represent customer's interest to internal departments; ensure customer issues/concerns are dealt with efficiently. Complete production requirements.
  • Coordinate the high paced real time processing of daily production files across all products, with timely delivery of reports and alerts as needed to clients.  Coordinates, within a pro-active sales and marketing role, the monitoring of print and electronic files from receipt to completion for all CCS Commercial clients. Maintain daily reporting structure of production files from receipt to completion within defined parameters, including Service Level Agreements. Assist in the testing of large scale implementations of new products to our existing Commercial clients.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel Required:

It is expected that this position may include travel up to 5% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.


Language Ability:

Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Mathematical Ability:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
